Peeling and flaking of a new tattoo is perfectly normal. ... Just add a little aquafor to the tattoo to help keep it moist and encourage those flakes to come off. Do not scratch, pick or peel them. It will all be done in a few days and the color of your tattoo will start to return to normal

Recommended 2 weeks after you get your tattoo done. Letting it heal completly will help it look less faded over time. With that being said, YOU COULD also workout right away, but make sure the tattoo is covered and shower right after to keep it clean
There's a limit on how much you can switch up your requested tattoo the day of the appointment. Minor changes are fine and understanding. Changing the WHOLE idea of what was previously discussed will likely result in a reschedule or at worst a cancel if we aren't on the same page
